On February 7, 2026, Cooltech Power held its 2026 New Year Gala under the theme "Focus on Core Business, Expand Globally." All Cooltech employees gathered together to review past achievements and outline future development plans.
Vice President Xu Kun hosted the event, delivering an opening speech and announcing the agenda. President Zhou Lulai then presented the 2025 work summary report, reviewing the company's operational results. He noted that 2025 was crucial for implementing the "focus on core business" strategy, with steady progress in core power equipment business, increased market share of diesel generator sets in data centers and high-end manufacturing, and successful adaptation to AI computing centers' high-power demands. Overseas business expanded significantly through the Singapore subsidiary, with international revenue share and delivery volume achieving substantial year-on-year growth. Mr. Zhou emphasized that in 2026, the company will continue focusing on core business and strengthening competitiveness in standby power.
The ceremony included awards for outstanding individuals and teams of 2025, hosted by HR Director Qu Chunyan. These exemplary models embody the Cooltech spirit and serve as examples for all employees. Ms. Qu also released the company's new corporate culture.
Chairman Xie Songfeng delivered a speech, extending New Year greetings to all employees and shareholders, and highly praising everyone's efforts and achievements in 2025.
