Quality Builds Competitiveness, Synergy Achieves High Efficiency | Cooltech Power's 2023 Supplier Conference Concluded Successfully!

On February 17th, Cooltech Power held its 2023 Supplier Conference in Shanghai under the theme "Quality Builds Competitiveness, Synergy Achieves High Efficiency." The grand event was attended by over 150 guests from core partner enterprises across the country. Company Chairman Mr. Xie Songfeng, President Mr. Zhou Lulai, and supply chain-related personnel attended the conference.
At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Zhou Lulai, President of the company, warmly welcomed the supplier partners who traveled from various regions to attend. He expressed sincere gratitude for their long-standing care and support for Cooltech Power. He particularly highlighted that during the 2022 lockdown in Shanghai, it was with the strong support of various suppliers that Cooltech Power was able to satisfactorily achieve its annual operating targets. He then reviewed the business operations of 2022 and shared new expectations for suppliers in 2023, concluding by wishing the conference a complete success.
Following this, Mr. Zhang Zhishun, Operation Director, reviewed the market performance of 2022 and outlined expectations for 2023. He stated that in the new year, suppliers will be assessed across multiple dimensions; they must improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness; continuous quality management will drive suppliers to improve their own quality management systems; collaborative efforts are needed to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery; and the goal is to jointly build a trustworthy, clean, healthy, fair, just, high-quality, and efficient supply chain ecosystem. Mr. Mao Zhoubin, General Manager of the Supply Chain Center, reported on the supply chain's work in 2022 and plans for 2023. He presented new requirements covering six areas: supply chain system construction, key procurement indicators, new supplier development, annual supplier reviews, annual long-term agreements, and external construction specifications. He expressed the hope to strengthen collaboration with suppliers for mutual progress and development. Ms. Gu Limei, Quality Department Manager, delivered a quality report, outlining requirements for suppliers based on a review of past defects and abnormalities, the 2023 quality management plan, and corporate social responsibilities. Ms. Xu Kun, Board Secretary, released the Sunshine Procurement policy, and an on-site oath-taking ceremony for the procurement department personnel regarding Sunshine Procurement was conducted.
During the conference, outstanding suppliers for the year 2022 were recognized. Awards presented on-site included the Strategic Partner Award, the 2022 Excellent New Supplier Award, and the 2022 Excellent Collaborative Supplier Award. The detailed criteria for the 2023 Excellent Quality Supplier Award were also announced. Representatives of the awarded suppliers expressed their gratitude for the long-term support from Cooltech Power, stated that the cooperation has been very pleasant, and expressed belief that future collaboration with Cooltech Power would become even closer.
Finally, Mr. Xie Songfeng, Chairman of the company, delivered concluding remarks. He first, on behalf of the Board of Directors, thanked the suppliers for their support over the many years. He noted that this year marks the 20th anniversary of Cooltech Power's operations in Shanghai, and many suppliers have been partners since the beginning, offering unwavering support. In 2023, Cooltech Power will continue to adhere to its "One Core, Two Wings" strategy, consolidating its leading position in the domestic diesel generator set main business, expanding into new energy, and vigorously developing overseas large-scale project markets. He expressed full confidence in the development prospects for 2023. He stated that Cooltech Power will work with its vast network of supplier partners to continue enhancing product quality, build industrial chain competitiveness, achieve synergistic development, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and ensure mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
On the morning of February 18th, some partner representatives participated in a badminton exchange match organized by Cooltech Power, engaging in friendly competition with company badminton enthusiasts!
